Here at Taco Gato we want our food to be fun, exciting, surprising, and fresh. This is not your normal taco joint. We took inspiration from 30° north latitude across the globe, focusing on North America and have created an elevated, rustic menu that we often describe as Tex-Mex meets Southern. The ambiance embodies southern decor that in our opinion most resembles a new take on an old mexican, western saloon to create a warm, inviting space.
